Really good Stay!
efficient systemfriendly staffpoor drainage
The location was superb. It was close to many attractions! The security system was very efficient. I felt safe. I also appreciated the proximity to Whole Foods. It made getting groceries easy. The staff were friendly. They were always available to assist.
I noticed the tub did not drain correctly, and I could not find anyone to report it to. This was inconvenient.

The room had sufficient supplies. I didn't need refills. The view was amazing from my apartment. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything.

The kitchen was well equipped. it had everything i needed, including appliances and utensils, to prepare meals. there was also a walk-in closet. It helped keep the room tidy by providing ample storage space for luggage and clothing.
the bathroom door had some rust drips. it was a minor cosmetic issue, but noticeable.

broken heatinguncomfortable situation
i stayed in the apartment for several nights, and unfortunately the heating didnt WORK. they said the system was off since it was the season change. we had a particularly cold week, so the apartment was very cold. i requested a heater every night, but they only gave it to me on the last night because all were occupied. it WAS an uncomfortable situation that affected the quality of my stay.
